What does the Bridal Package include?

  • Consultation over the phone to discuss your desires for your hair and makeup

  • 2 hours allotted for Hair and Makeup trial

  • Complimentary lip color and Hair extension application (extensions are provided by the client)

What does the Bridesmaid Package include?

Day of Hair and Makeup. Airbrush and lashes included. Prices are a flat rate, regardless if the bridesmaids want airbrush and / or lashes

Is there a travel fee?

Travel fees are included in the bridal package within Austin city limits. Locations outside of Austin will require a travel fee based on distance. Non-bridal clients may have to pay a travel fee depending on location of services.

Is there a minimum amount of services?

No, we believe every bride deserves to have her hair and makeup done for her wedding regardless of the amount of services requested. We do not require a minimum amount of services. We only ask that if you are requesting less than 6 services during peak season, March-June and Sept-Dec that you are subject to artist time availability.

How long does it take for each service?

We allow 30 minutes per service and always schedule an additional 45 minutes to an hour of flex time for the entire day. We understand the craziness of the wedding day and want to be able to accommodate everyone's needs in a timely manner. Please remember to allow 2 full hours for the Bride.

Preparation for Hair and Makeup?

Hair needs to be CLEAN and DRY. Everyone needs to arrive with a clean and makeup free face. Failure to come prepared will result in the individual being moved to the end of the timeline.

Is there an additional charge per artist needed?

We specialize in large bridal parties and book our artists accordingly. One artist can perform hair and makeup alone (up to 5 -10 services) and typically are booked in this manner. We do not charge for two artist but if early call time, short time frame or requests by the bride require more than two artist or assistants, a $50 per artist fee will be applied.

When is the final balance due?

The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date. This needs to be one transaction paid by the Bride or Bride's family ONLY.

  • Credit Card ( tax will be included for all credit card transactions)

Is gratuity included in packages?

No, we do not include gratuity in our packages or service prices. We very much appreciate it though! Please feel free to tip your artist after your service!

What is the policy on cancellations?

We require a 30-day notice of event cancellations. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you would like to cancel or decrease the number of services requested after the 30 day grace period, we require 50% of the cancellation amount. For ex. A bridesmaid package is $175 so the cancellation amount would be $87.

Ready to Book?!

A contract needs to be signed with an accurate number of services requested. There is a 25% deposit of the entire balance that is due when the contract is signed. The deposit secures your date and time and goes towards to ending balance due. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation.
